XH-QZ-B1832 Fully automatic Domestic RO membrane rolling machine(Forth Generation)
Improved advantages:
1. Applied for various model of domestic ro membrane elements rolling production
(1810-3213), Max.external diameter of membrane rolling is 90MM.
2. High production efficiency the working speed for each 75G ro membrane had
improved from 40-45 seconds to 28-30 seconds the production capacity had im
proved 25% compared with other manufacture.
3. Reliable working performance: used Hinwin full set motion components, SMC
cylinder, Mitsubishi PLC Panasonic motor etc, it is ensure the machine running stable.
4. Glue dispensing system no need clean after machine stop with several days. only need to maintain after 6-8 months running.
