XHGJM-200 Industrial membrane rolling machine

Basic Function:

1. With Membrane sheet automatic feeding system can work for both 4040/8040.
2. Auto glue dispensing system: Servo driving robot arm controlled the glue trajectory and volume of Glue dispensing, glue dispensing volume is adjustable.
3. Auto adhesive tape rolling function: stepping motor drive the adhesive tape start rolling automatically, the tension of adhesive tape is controlled automatically the width and layers of overlap is adjustable.
4. The membrane rolling parameters for different size of elements can be setting adjusting and shifting.
5. The magnetic powder brake tensioning system can ensure the rolling procedures in best condition.
6. With fault auto alarming system.
7.It have anti-wrinkle function during rolling procedure.
8.with clamping tight device in two side of membrane sheet to fix it during rolling to avoid the sheet moving.
